Heroes of Hammerwatch est un rogue-lite action-adventure qui se situe dans le même univers que Hammerwatch. Rencontrez des hordes sans fin d'ennemis, de pièges, de puzzles, de secrets et beaucoup de butin, tout en combattant à travers des niveaux générés aléatoirement pour atteindre le sommet de la Tour du Réprouvé.
Un Rogue-lite avec beaucoup de progression persistante. Vous commencerez chaque manche dans Outlook, une ville que vous pourrez mettre à niveau pour offrir à vos héros diverses améliorations qui vous aideront davantage dans votre quête. Les héros eux-mêmes resteront également persistants, vous pouvez même amener vos propres héros dans le jeu de vos amis!
