Go! Go! Nippon! ~My First Trip to Japan~ raconte donc l'histoire d'un mec lambda qui va réaliser son rêve : Faire un voyage au japon. Après avoir révisé suffisamment son japonais et avoir pris son billet d'avion, votre personnage débarque à Tokyo pour rejoindre ses amis japonais qu'il a connu via le net, Makoto et Akira. Mais qu'elle n'est pas sa surprise quand il constate que Makoto et Akira sont en réalité deux soeurs (au Japon, les prénoms Makoto et Akira sont unisexe) et que son voyage va se faire en leur compagnie.
Un long tour de Tokyo et une visite guidée du Japon sont au programme.
