3eme volet de la saga BlazBlue. Outre le rééquilibrage de Continuum Shift Extend, Chrono Phantasma présente plusieurs mécanismes de jeu revisités et introduit sept nouveaux personnages. Les sprites des personnages ont également été redessinés et plusieurs nouvelles chansons ont été composées pour le jeu. L'histoire se poursuit après les événements de Continuum Shift. Entre autres nouveaux mécanismes est introduit l'Overdrive qui remplace les Gold Bursts de Continuum Shift.
