Eva (María León) and Carmen (Victoria Abril) meet each other during a chemotherapy session where they are both dealing with a breast cancer. Being the third time she's gone through that, Carmen motivates Eva to make a list of three things she had always wanted to do, but never dared to, and then do them once the treatment ends, while waiting for the results. Carmen still has only one thing left from the list that she made for herself 25 years ago. On top of that, Mar (Silvia Alonso), Eva's friend who has recently became single, also makes her own list and tags along with the two. The three rent a RV and embark onto an optimistic and vitalist ride where they will live unforgettable, comical and crazy experiences, and where they will meet Toni (Salva Reina) and Manu (Boré Buika), who will help them complete their lists while trying to "win" their hearts.
