Synopsis

Yûshi Inaba, 16 ans, est orphelin depuis ses 13 ans. Après avoir vécu quelque temps chez son oncle, il décide d'intégrer le dortoir de son lycée afin d'être autonome. Malheureusement, le dortoir disparaît dans les flammes et Yûshi se retrouve obligé de trouver un appartement en urgence. Il en déniche un au loyer modeste et s'y installe mais, bien vite, il comprend pourquoi l'appartement n'est pas cher : il est infesté de yôkai, yurei et autres monstres du folklore nippon.
