An outrageous incident occurs—the National Diet Building is seized by a mysterious terrorist group known as the “Kaiser Corps”! In the midst of this historic emergency, three people who happened to meet by chance take refuge in an underground supply room.
Kuroshima, a civil servant; Haibara, who works at a bento shop; and Shiramiya, a househusband. Facing a desperate, life-or-death situation… they share one common trait: they are all adherents of a “don’t-rock-the-boat” mentality.
You might expect them to unite and confront the terrorists… but what they choose instead is an ultra-passive strategy of “doing absolutely nothing.”
